Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue, releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body
through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted
areas, either following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons
and fascia. It is called deep tissue, because it also focuses on the
deeper layers of muscle tissue.

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage uses a system of long strokes, kneading, friction,
percussive and vibration techniques on the more superficial layers of
muscles, combined with active and passive movements of the joints.
It is used primarily for full-body sessions and promotes general
relaxation, improves blood circulation and range of motion, and relieves
muscle tension.

Hot Stone Therapy

Massage with the added benefit of soothing, relaxing heated stones
to deeply penetrate sore, stressed muscles generating luxurious
relaxation.

Reflexology

According to the Reflexology Association of America, reflexology is
both ancient art and modern science based on the premise that there
are zones and reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to
all glands, organs, parts and systems of the body.  The physical act
of applying pressure using thumb, finger and hand techniques to
these reflex areas results in the reduction of stress which promotes
physiological changes in the body.
