Traditional writings mention 88,000 chakras, however, this class will be addressing a few less than that, far fewer actually. Take an energetic trip through the chakra system. Learn to ground, clear and balance energy through these centers while gaining a greater understanding of their importance in everyday life. Material covered is appropriate for beginners and those with familiarity.
