Session Cancellation Policy
• If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Practitioner must be notified of cancellation a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid client being subject to be charged for the session.
• If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment client agrees to pay in full for the appointment.
• If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment and redemption of a gift certificate was the intended method of payment, the gift certificate will be considered to have been redeemed.
